Data export

Sonifide takes 0% commission, ever. That includes your data. You can take your full workspace with you — to another platform, to a CPA, to an archive — anytime.

What's included

From /artist, scroll to Your data, your ownership → click Download my data ↓. You get a ZIP with:

• workspace.json — structured workspace + artist + EPK data
• releases.csv, tracks.csv, splits.csv (with full audit), contracts.csv (with e-sign trail), registrations.csv
• royalty.csv, sync_pitches.csv, press.csv, assets.csv, notifications.csv, audit.csv
• files/artwork/ — all artwork uploads + DSP variants (Apple 4000, Spotify 3000, Bandcamp 1400, social 1080, thumb 600)
• files/press/ — press photos
• files/epk-banners/ — EPK hero banners
• files/docs/ — documents
• README.txt — manifest and instructions

What's NOT included

• Audio masters — too large for a single bundle. Download individually from Asset Library.
• Stripe billing history — fetch from your Stripe dashboard.
• Encrypted secrets (Sanctum tokens, 2FA secrets, password hashes) — security policy.

Scope by role

• Solo / label admins → full workspace export, all artists
• Label-invited artists (scoped accounts) → only your own artist's data — if the label relationship ends, you take your stuff

GDPR compliance

This is your Article 20 (Right to Data Portability) export. Hand the ZIP to any other platform that supports import; the CSV structure is straightforward and the JSON is fully documented in the README.

Audit trail

Every export request is logged. Super-admins can see who exported what and when in /admin/audit.
